Our providers and staff take great pride in patient care. By making this transition to the new AthenaOne EHR, we will be able to care for patients more efficiently and provide a better scheduling, communication and on-site experience. In the short term, there are a few ways this change may impact you as our patient.
Your visit could take longer than usual while we are in training. We understand that your time is valuable and apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
You will receive a request to register for our new and greatly improved patient portal. The new portal will provide you with enhanced access to medical records, easier communication with staff and providers, and expanded information regarding billing and payment services.
Reminders will be sent via text and email to help you prepare for upcoming appointments. The communications will include a pre-registration link. We ask that you update the demographic and insurance information and enter your health history. We realize this will seem like information you provided previously, but it will be imported into our new EHR.
Thank you for your patience and for trusting us to be part of your health care team. Please call or email our office with any concerns or compliments!
